Eligibility:
- Any judge or magistrate
Criteria:
- The Judge of the Year should demonstrate leadership and innovation in promoting and supporting the practice of guardianship, guardianship education, and/or advocacy for best practices in guardianship/conservatorship, in the local community and beyond.
- Support the values and ethics of the Michigan Guardianship Association (MGA).
- The nominee should significantly contribute to the advancement of guardianship issues and exemplify exceptional leadership in furthering consistent quality advocacy for Michigan’s legally incapacitated individuals.
